is a motivating, dynamic, and thought provoking academic and
behavior coach who believes in the ripple effect where “A drop of
encouragement creates a ripple of hope. Creating ripples one drop
at a time.” In her work she provides training, on-site consulting, and
private and group sessions in her office to make this vision a reality.
Donna has been working as a special education classroom teacher
for students with behavior disorders and learning disabilities for 15
years and has taught children from elementary to college age.
Donna has spent most of her career working with children that are at-
risk emotionally and behaviorally. Because of her genuine care and
respect for all kids, she has gained the confidence and trust of many
of her students. As a special education teacher she sees first hand
the urgent need for counseling, tutoring, and advocating for students
and parents, in addition to what schools can provide.
As a registered counselor, Donna is currently completing her
Doctorate Degree in Psychology from Walden University.
